1) Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • Singapore: Yes
  • International: [Malaysia, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Taiwan of China, Japan]

2) Processing Time (Order Preparation)

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a shipment notification (with tracking details, if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.

Note: During peak periods (e.g promotions, festive seasons), processing may take slightly longer.

3) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery method, destination, and order weight/size.

Shipping options may include:

  • Standard Delivery: [SGD 10]

We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees from time to time.

4) Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch (not from the date of order placement):

Singapore

International

  • Standard: [7–14 business days]
  • Express: [3–7 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, customs clearance, or other external factors.

5) Tracking Information

If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

You may track your order using:

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking number on their official website, such as DHL or SF Express.

6) Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Delivery

Couriers may make [1–3] delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel:

  • The parcel may be returned to us, and
  • Re-delivery fees may apply.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

7) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

8) Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at services@ahlansprl.com

  • Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
  • Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

9) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at services@ahlansprl.com

with your order number.

Lost parcels:
If tracking shows the parcel is lost in transit, we will assist to lodge an investigation with the courier. Resolution may take [5–14 business days].

Damaged items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within [48 hours] of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the parcel and damaged item(s)

We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund based on our Refund/Return Policy.

10) Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us at services@ahlansprl.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or resolve the issue accordingly.

11) Shipping Restrictions

We may not ship certain items due to:

  • Courier restrictions
  • Safety regulations
  • Destination country limitations

If we are unable to ship an item, we will inform you and process a refund if payment has been made.
